I'm running on a 64-bit version of Windows, so I'm going to select the 64-bit. Click Next, accept the license terms, Next. Navigate to your download directory and run the Unity Download Assistant. I'm using a Windows machine, so I'm going to download the Windows version of Unity installer. For this course, we're using the May 2017 release of Unity 5.6.1, which can be found here at the Unity Download Archive. At the same time, we'll install an integrated development environment, an IDE, for editing script files, which contain all the code for running our game or app. Before we can get started, we need to install the Unity editor for creating and editing Unity projects.
